Are these products intended for human or animal use?
No. Pure Lot Research products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical application.
How is each lot tested?
Each lot is submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity testing. The testing methods, data, and lot information are documented in a lot-specific certificate of analysis.
Where can I view the COA?
Lot-specific COAs are available in our online COA Library. Match the lot number on your vial with the corresponding report to review the test data for that specific lot.
How quickly will my order ship?
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days, and every order ships with tracking — you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Because these are research reference materials whose integrity depends on controlled handling and storage, we can’t accept returns of shipped products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@purelotresearch.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll replace the item or refund it. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us promptly and we’ll try to cancel or amend it.
