These Terms of Sale govern purchases from Pure Lot Research, a brand of RCS Commerce Group LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or bona fide research activity. Orders are accepted at our discretion.

Research use only

All products are reference materials supplied for laboratory research use only. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption. You are solely responsible for handling, storage, and compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

An account is required to place an order. You can create one from the My Account page, and we will email you a link to set a password. Your account holds your order history, your shipping details, and the lot certificates for the items you have ordered.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Please keep the information on it accurate — we may refuse or cancel an order where the details provided cannot be confirmed. To close your account, email support@purelotresearch.com; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and how to request its deletion.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected non-research use.

We ship within the United States only. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RCS Commerce Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
