Frequently asked questions
Answers about ordering, certificates of analysis, shipping, and research use.
What does “research use only” mean?
Every product we sell is a reference material intended solely for laboratory research. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption. Products are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and no human or animal use is authorized.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every lot is independently tested and its certificate of analysis is published. Each product ships with a lot number, and every lot number resolves to a public COA page in our COA Library.
How is purity verified?
Independent analysis is performed by Freedom Diagnostics, a third-party laboratory, using HPLC and MS methods. The reported purity reflects the analytical result for that specific lot.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. Orders with settled payment typically process within one to two business days, and a tracking number is emailed when the order ships.
How should products be stored?
As research reference materials, lyophilized products are generally stored at −20 °C and protected from light. Handling should be performed by qualified laboratory personnel. We do not provide guidance on use.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Checkout is secure, and a research-use certification is required to place an order.
Do you accept returns?
Because product integrity depends on controlled handling, we generally cannot accept returns of shipped products. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@purelotresearch.com within 7 days. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
