Returns and Refunds

Because our products are research reference materials whose integrity depends on controlled handling and storage, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or shipped products.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact support@purelotresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order issues

If an order has not shipped, contact us promptly and we will attempt to cancel or amend it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was our error.
